High-volume, repeatable shapes cut with custom dies — inserts, gaskets, pads, and packaging components.

Profiled shapes and curved forms cut to pattern — seat cushions, wedges, and complex geometries.

Egg-crate surface profiling for toppers, acoustic panels, and protective packaging.

Flexible open-cell foam in a range of densities and firmness levels — the workhorse for bedding and furniture.

Closed-cell, moisture-resistant, and durable. Available in planks and sheets for protection and flotation.

Rigid insulation boards and convoluted sound-proofing panels for thermal and acoustic control.
